Server logs

1. The service is hosted (technically maintained) on the server of the operator: OVH. Registration details of the hosting company: OVH Sp. z o.o. KRS No.: 0000220286, REGON: 933029040 NIP: 899-25-20-556, Swobodna 1, 50-088 Wrocław.
2. The website is stored on an external server which, like any server, generates logs. The logs store information such as: resources specified with the URL identifier (addresses of the requested resources – pages, files); time of the request; time of sending the response; name of the client’s station – identification carried out through the HTTP protocol; information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction; URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – if the access to the Website was made through a link; information about the user’s browser; information about the IP address; diagnostic information related to the process of independent ordering of services through registers on the website; information related to the handling of electronic mail addressed to the Operator and sent by the Operator. Logs are for operational and technical purposes only.

Newsletter

1. The ATOM FORUM Foundation is the data controller for the personal data of newsletter users.
2. The foundation processes the data in order to send the newsletter to the email address provided.
3. The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary for the fulfilment of the service in the form of sending the newsletter. The data will be stored until the service in the form of sending the newsletter is completed or until the consent of the data subject is withdrawn.
4. The data subject has the right at any time to:
   • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data,
   • to rectify his/her personal data,
   • have his/her personal data deleted.

Use of cookies

1. Cookies (“cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the user’s terminal equipment and are intended for the use of websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique number.
