Nuclear energy in Wejherowo schools

On 16-17 March 2023, the FORUM ATOMOWE Foundation visited two secondary schools in Wejherowo with an atomic exhibition.

Thank you very much for the kind reception and great interest of the students of the King Jan III Sobieski High School No. 1 in Wejherowo and the Poviat Complex of Schools No. 2 named after the Heroic Crew of ORP “Orzeł” in the subject of nuclear energy!

The action was organised by Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe. Video coverage of the event can be viewed on the TTM television website: https://telewizjattm.pl/dzien/2023-03-17/60949-warsztaty-z-energetyki-jadrowej.html?play=on

We invite you to watch a video prepared by Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe summarising behind-the-scenes educational events at schools in Wejherowo. Małgorzata Dawidowska and Maja Gadowska, who normally work at the Local Information Points in Choczewo, Gniewine and Krokowa, i.e. municipalities located in the vicinity of nuclear power plant construction in Pomerania, talk about the company’s educational and information activities. Representatives of our Foundation – Jacek Frost, Łukasz Koszuk and Anna Przybyszewska – also speak about interesting facts related to the operation of the power plant.
