Meeting with residents of Chmielnik municipality

From 17 to 20 May 2024, at the Market Square in Chmielnik (Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship), we talked to residents and all those interested about the Rolls-Royce SMR investment planned in Obice at the stand of the investor, ŚGP INDUSTRIA S.A..

In connection with the fundamental decision received by ŚGP Industria S.A. concerning the construction of a nuclear power plant comprising 2 RR SMR units in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodship, Industria invited residents, authorities, local government officials, representatives of non-governmental organisations and all interested parties to a public consultation and discussion in the municipality of Chmielnik.

The construction of the SMR is to be part of the infrastructure to supply the future Logistics and Industrial Zone in the municipality of Chmielnik with stable sources of zero-carbon energy, heat and hydrogen.
